At SHA. Pinteresty Store, we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition.
As most of our products are carefully sourced and quality-checked before dispatch, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, personal preferences, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a complete unboxing video.
Important Requirements
* The parcel must be shown unopened before unboxing.
* The unboxing video should be recorded in one continuous take without cuts or edits.
* Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or exchange, based on the situation.
Returned items, if requested, must be:
* Unused and unworn
* In their original packaging
* Returned in the same condition as received
Non-Eligible Cases
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
* Change of mind
* Minor colour differences due to screen settings
* Normal wear and tear
* Improper handling after delivery
* Incorrect address provided by the customer
